Sonawall ST-100 Subwoofer
SonaTheater ST-100 is a unique in design active subwoofer. The engineering goal was to create the smallest possible active subwoofer unit in size with bass performance to compete with the largest subwoofers in the market place.
ST-100 marvel has the fastest, tightest and deepest bass response in the market place in a small package never seen and heard of before.
SonaTheater ST-100 Active Subwoofer Contents:
100watt RMS amplifier
6.8 high-power long excursion subwoofer.
Frequency response: 30Hz-250Hz
Subwoofer driver firing downward.
Low-Level Inputs: Line level RCA inputs to connect to the pre-amp or line level out puts of the full range amplifier to the inputs of the subwoofer amplifier. The inputs arr internally summed to mono.
Low-Level Outputs: Line level that provide a line level full range output for the connection of additional equipment. This out put is only available when a signal is present at the Low Level RCA outputs Input.
Speaker High-Level Inputs: Used to connect from the speaker out puts of the full range amplifier or home theater receiver to the subwoofer amplifier with speaker wire. A mono signal iis derived from the stereo speaker level source which then feeds the subwoofer amplifier input.
Speaker High- Level Outputs: Used to connect from the subwoofer amp to pass signal from the full range amp on to the main L/R speakers. Signal is only present on his output if the high-level input is also used. The signal to the L/R speakers will be shaped by an internal 125Hz high-pass crossover.
Gain: Adjust the output level of the subwoofer amplifier.
Frequency: Used to determine the frequency of the internal variable electronic crossover. Adjustable from 30Hz to 180Hz and has a slope of 12dB. Per octave.
Power switch: On. Off, and Auto mode. When the Auto on position is selected, the amp is in a standby mode until an input signal is detected. The amp will go back to standby mode some minutes after the input stops. In Auto mode, the Power LED will remain illuminated, even when the amplifier is standing by.
Built-in comprehensive internal protection against shorted speaker loads, thermal faults, and overload conditions.
