Warranties vary by manufacturer. Most warranties are at least 1 year, some up to 5. Call or e-mail lightav@lightav.com if you have any questions regarding warranties.

All special order items will incur a 15% restock fee if cancelled or returned. Special order means not in stock at business location.

NO CANCELLATIONS: Once you place your order any cancellation will incure a 15% restock fee. There is not much margin on these products so customers that order products and waste my time and my dealers / manufacturuers time will pay a 15% restock fee so make sure you know what you are getting when you order it.

NO RETURNS cause you do not like it.. If you have a problem with the quality / features that a product does or does not have, contact the manufacturer. It is not the retailers fault if a manufacturer has specs that are incorrect or makes a product that is not up to the quality level you expect.

Once a product is shipped, there are no returns, cancellations because the customer failed to pick up the product from the carrier or the carrier misdelivered it,or the carrier attempts delivery and the product gets returned to sender. If it is returned to sender the customer will be billed for the reshipment of the product.
