The installation flexible convertible component/coaxial 2-way system
EU-51CV is designed to be the installation most flexible 5.25 component system, with option to be installed as a full component system with the tweeter mounted at a separate location to the mid-woofer if necessary. As this set is a convertible design, the tweeter can also quick and easy be mounted on a separate mounting post at the center of the mid-woofer cone for convenient coaxial type installation. The silk dome tweeter has a swivel design which makes it easy for the installer to tilt it for perfect high frequency dispersion even if the mid-woofer driver is mounted low in a door. The engineering design goal for EU-61CV: Deliver optimum HD sound quality with easy installation at an affordable price.

The carbon coated cones offer ideal stiffness and damping. The curvilinear cone shape prevents cone flex and break up. This provides clean mid-bass even at higher levels. The always-critical midrange frequencies are clear and precise with no distortion from ringing. The midrange driver use real butyl surrounds, not merely a mixed butyl compound. This provides longer, more linear excursion, and a far longer life because its UV resistant.
