Description
The SaphIR 854 is a compact tabletop infrared receiver that accepts signals from a wide variety of IR remote controls. It plugs directly into an IR connecting block like the Russound 857 or a remote interface like the Russound IRB-1. The attached 1/8-inch (3.5 mm) mini-plug allows for quick and easy connection in either case.
The stylish, unobtrusive design of the SaphIR 854 allows it to be placed on top of a TV or equipment shelf. A nonskid base keeps the unit in place to ensure stable reception. A blue talkback LED provides visual confirmation upon receiving an IR signal.
