International customers are responsible for all import taxes, fees, etc. Thunder Audio has received taxes on shipments 3-4 months after delivery. Customers will be responsible for all charges.
All special order items will incur a 15% restock fee if cancelled or returned. Special order means not in stock at business location.
If you have a problem with the quality / features that a product does or does not have, contact the manufacturer. It is not the retailers fault if a manufacturer has specs that are incorrect or makes a product that is not up to the quality level you expect.
